The Training Committee is comitted to providing all South Plains Council Leaders with a quality training experience.  Training delivers information and ideas that will guide and assist leaders in developing a great program for all the youth in their unit.

Trainer's Creed

I dedicate myself to influence the lives of youth through the training of

Scouting leaders.

I promise to support and use the recommended literature, materials, and

procedures as I carry out my training responsibilities.
